Transparent pricing, free signup credits
60 free signup credits, no card required. Add a Trial pack or a Monthly or Yearly plan when you need more. Credits are spent only when you approve a quote.
Approximate cleaning counts assume 7 credits for one AI plan plus one simple CSV cleaning run, rounded down for illustration. Actual usage may be higher or lower; these are not guaranteed file allowances. Each step is quoted before confirmation. All per-file limits apply together.
How charging works
Credits cover AI planning and cleaning runs. Each step has its own quote for you to approve; usage varies with the work involved.
- Usage-based quotes. AI planning considers data size, detected issues, context and optional masked samples. Cleaning considers data size, rule complexity and output format. There is no fixed cells-to-credits conversion.
- Review without extra credits. Uploading, profiling, reviewing and manually editing rules do not consume credits. Re-opening a saved plan or downloading an existing result does not incur a new charge.
- New work, new quote. AI planning and each new cleaning run are charged separately. Changing rules is free, but running the revised plan consumes additional credits after confirmation. Earlier results remain available.
- Confirm before credits are used. Review the quote before each AI planning step or cleaning run. A failed step releases its reserved credits; a successful earlier step remains charged. Expired or refunded purchase credits cannot be restored.
Illustrative example: 10,000 rows × 15 columns, 1–5 detected issue groups, 1–4,000 context characters, no sample rows, and simple trim/case/deduplication rules with CSV output: 5 credits for AI planning + 2 for one cleaning run = 7 credits. Other inputs or rules may cost more or less.
Cleaning counts are rounded illustrations based on this 7-credit example, not measured averages, fixed file allowances or guaranteed results. More complex work and repeat runs can reduce the number completed. The quote you confirm determines actual credit usage.
Payments and billing
Waffo processes paid purchases as merchant of record, issues receipts, and appears on your card statement. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; the Trial pack is a one-time purchase. Waffo Buyer Terms

Can I start for free?
Yes. Sign up and you get 60 one-time signup credits, no card required.
Which paid plans can I choose?
The Trial pack is $9 once for 150 credits valid for 90 days, once per account. Monthly is $19 per month for 750 credits. Yearly is $180 per year with 750 credits issued each month, not all at once. Unused subscription credits expire each monthly period and do not roll over.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Open Billing in your dashboard, then the Waffo customer portal. Sign in with your purchase email, open the subscription and use its cancellation controls. The portal shows cancellation and access details. Free signup does not start a paid subscription.
What is the refund policy?
Send refund requests to support@tidyx.io within 14 days of purchase. Consumed credits are deducted from a refund. A successful refund removes unused credits from that purchase and stops future credit grants from the refunded subscription term.
