How this data-cleaning product handles your files and personal data

2026/09/04

What this product processes

  • Account information: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and avatar to create your account and session.
  • Uploaded files: the CSV or XLSX files you upload for cleaning, plus the outputs generated from them (profiles, cleaned files, reports, scripts).
  • Usage data: basic technical information needed to run and secure the service.

How uploaded files are handled

  • Files are stored in a private storage bucket. They are not published at public URLs; downloads go through short-lived signed links.
  • Your original file is never modified or overwritten. Cleaning runs write new output files.
  • Files remain available until you delete their project or your account. The deletion flow removes the associated stored objects and database records.

What the AI model receives

  • The AI planning step receives statistics and summaries of your data (column types, missing-value counts, detected issues) and, at most, a few sample rows with values such as emails, phone numbers, long IDs and URLs masked.
  • The AI never receives your full file, and it cannot execute changes — it only proposes rules that you review and confirm.

Logging

Application logs record processing steps and errors. They are designed not to contain raw data rows, credentials, signed URLs or complete replacement mappings.

Your choices

  • You can delete projects and their files from your workspace.
  • You can delete your account when you no longer want the service to retain your projects and files.
