Terms of Service

The service

This service lets you upload CSV/XLSX files, review an AI-generated cleaning plan, and run a deterministic cleaning engine after your explicit confirmation. AI suggestions never execute on their own, and your original file is never modified.

Limits

• Files up to 20 MB and 200,000 rows; XLSX processes one worksheet per project.
• Files remain available until you delete their project or your account.
• We may adjust limits to keep the service stable.

Your data and rights

• You keep all rights to the files you upload and the outputs generated from them.
• You may delete projects and your account at any time; deletion removes the associated stored objects and database records.
• We do not sell your data and do not use your file contents to train models.

Payments, billing and refunds

• Paid plans are billed in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; one-time packs do not renew.
• Creem acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. Creem processes the payment, issues the receipt, and appears on your card statement. Creem's Buyer Terms apply to the transaction in addition to these terms.
• Credits are consumed by the amount of data processed, at 10,000 cells (rows × columns) per credit, and the cost of a file is shown to you for confirmation before it is charged.
• Subscription credits are granted monthly and expire at the end of each period; one-time pack credits expire on the date stated at purchase. Expired credits are not refundable and do not roll over.
• If the service fails to produce a result for a file through our fault, the credits for that file are returned to your balance.
• Refund requests can be sent to support@tidyx.io within 14 days of purchase. Consumed credits are deducted from any refund. We respond to support and refund requests within three business days.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you have no right to process, malware, or data whose processing would violate applicable law (including personal data you are not authorized to handle). Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access other users' data, or abuse the AI or worker services.

No professional advice

Cleaning suggestions and reports are informational. They are not statistical, legal, medical or financial advice; you are responsible for validating results before relying on them.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" during the MVP phase, without uptime guarantees. Features may change; material changes to these terms will be posted on this page.
